I've got a 2008 Pajero with that light beige interior that's looking pretty rough after years of desert trips and kids spilling stuff – the seats have stains, the carpets are faded, and there's this weird sticky residue on the dash that won't come off with regular wipes. I've been looking at https://exoticcarcare.ae/mitsubishi-detailing-abu-dhabi/ and their interior packages seem to include steam cleaning and leather treatment, but I'm wondering if I should try to DIY it first with a rented machine or just pay a pro to avoid messing up the old fabric. Has anyone here had success reviving a really neglected interior on an older Mitsubishi? I don't need it perfect, just want it to stop smelling like old sunscreen and dust every time I get in. Any advice on what actually works would be awesome.
